How to call:
1. Dial the toll-free number on the card.
2. When prompted, enter your PIN.
3. When calling North American numbers, including the Caribbean, dial 1 + area code + telephone number.
4. When calling outside North America, dial 001 + country code + area code + telephone number.
* If you register online, you can designate up to three numbers (such as home, office and friend) without entering your PIN.
Note:
The minimum unit of call charge is three minutes.
If you call from a payphone, there is a 79 cent surcharge.

Ta dựa vào hai dữ kiện trong bài sau đây:
○ “Low rate – starting from 3 cents per minute (see note below)”
= “Giá thấp – từ 3 cent một phút (xem ghi chú bên dưới)”○ “The minimum unit of call charge is three minutes.”
= “Đơn vị tối thiểu của phí gọi là ba phút.”
Người ta nói đơn vị tính tối thiểu là ba phút, tức là ta không thể tính lẻ từng phút được. Mỗi lần lẻ ra một phút, hoặc hai phút thì cũng xem như là ba phút. Vậy nếu em gọi 5 phút, thì sẽ KHÔNG tính là 5 phút x 3 cent = 15 cent, mà phải tính như sau:
5 phút = 3 phút + 2 phút
3 phút đầu thì hết 3 phút x 3 cent = 9 cent
Còn 2 phút sau thì không tính là 2 phút lẻ mà tính như 3 phút luôn (vì đơn vị tính tối thiểu là 3 phút như quy định ở trên). Tức là 2 phút này cũng hết 9 cent như 3 phút đầu.
Vậy tổng cộng ta phải trả 9 cent + 9 cent = 18 cent.
